Find the pople who do there job with enthusiasm, make them your allies. Your life is the source of all energy, it stays with you. Your life energy is like the bow, it requires the rest and period of inactions, after the action, to recover its firmness and flexibility. You should always have plan or purpose which will be the driving force of your journey like an arrow. The bow is your life which stays with you and the plan or the purpose shoot by you(life) must reach the target. Once the arrow released from the bow it will not come back, but you should release it, sometime it wont hit correctly or it wont be precise. So to know if you did correctly or not you have to execute it and check the mistakes and correct it. Though the target is far away from you but it is decided by you. It can be larger, smaller, to the right or the left but you have to stand before it, nd bring it closer to mentally. Never face the target as an enemy respect it with dignity.

After knowing the bow, arrow and target you should learn the elgance necessary to shoot the arrow. It is posture which makes the perfect shot. Hold your arrow and bow, remember it is your purpose/intention it is your life. You will have anxiety, confusion, difficulties, lack of strength it is only problem hidden inside troubling you, its oppesite can happen too. watch both situation closely, use the former to find out the cause of trouble and the later for the inner peace. So one must repeat and practice

When you reach the destination you no longer need the instruments that helped to learn. Instruments are just things that first set you on the path

My second read from the author after the most popular book The Alchemsit. This book has lot of drawings (like Zen art) and blank pages. The experience is like reading a poem. Not comprehensible in a single reading. Sit in a quiet and peaceful place and read slowly
